Muffle Furnace can be used in laboratory, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research for elemental analysis, determine, melting and heat treatment for small steel parts.

2.Ceramic Muffle Furnace Chamber: Furnace adopts all Ceramic Fibre structure, light weight, specific heat capacity little, low consumption, saving more than 70% power. Rising temperature quickly, can adjust rising temperature speed. It should take about 15-30 minute from room temperature to 1000℃. The case adopts high quality cold-rolled steel plate with the plastic spraying on the surface. The door adopts side door structure, which easy to open and shut. For safety operating, product have power off device when open the door.

 

3.Laboratory Crucible Muffle Furnace: Simple structure in linear type, easy in installation. High pressure double crank to control the die opening and closing. Running in a high automatization and intellectualization, no pollution.

The medium-temperature box furnace adopts closed hearth, the spiral electric heating alloy wire as the heating component coiled in hearth, the temperature of furnace is uniform when it radiating. The use life is prolonged. High temperature tube resistance furnace adopts high temperature combustion and takes silicon carbide rod as heating component to set up in outer sheath of hearth. High temperature box resistance furnace takes silicon carbide rod as heating component and set up in hearth directly. It has high use rate.
