Q & A
Question 1: What heating is used in the instrument?
The constant temperature blast drying ovens on the market generally have two heating modes, one is heating wire heating, and the other is heating pipe heating. What are the advantages and disadvantages of these two kinds? The heating of the resistance wire is faster, but it is easy to oxidize after a long time. If the resistance wire is burnt out, it is troublesome to replace it. Even if it is replaced, because the resistance wire burns out, carbon deposit will occur, so it will be replaced with a new life. It won't be very long, and heating with a stainless steel heating tube will generally not cause such problems. Therefore, we recommend that if you do not have special requirements at the time of selection, it is better to use stainless steel heating tubes.
Question 2: How much temperature does the drying box need during the sterilization process?
At present, temperature sterilization on the market generally falls into two categories, one is dry heat sterilization, and the other is wet heat sterilization. The so-called dry heat sterilization belongs to high temperature drying sterilization. Generally, we are all Using a constant temperature drying oven for this operation, how much temperature do we need for dry heat sterilization?
①In the dry state, due to the poor heat penetration, the microbial heat resistance is high, and it is necessary to be subjected to high temperature for a long time to achieve the purpose of sterilization. Therefore, the dry hot air sterilization method generally uses a higher temperature than the moist heat sterilization method. Generally, it is sterilized for 3-5 hours at 135-145 °C; 2-4 hours at 160-170 °C; and 0.5-1 hour at 180-200 °C.
②In addition, the constant temperature blast drying oven can also be used for drying products. For example, the recommended temperature for drying glassware is about 80 °C. For other items, different suitable temperatures should be selected according to the water content.
Question 3: What should I do with the instrument alarm?
The product generally has an alarm function. If an alarm occurs, it can first check whether the fan switch is turned on. If the fan that does not open the hot air circulation may have a temperature alarm, the heating element is usually a heating tube. There is no heat in the open loop, so there will be an over-temperature alarm state. Another point to note is the set temperature and ambient temperature we use. For example, the ambient temperature is now 30 degrees, and the machine is set. The temperature is below 35 degrees, then the over-temperature alarm condition will occur under normal circumstances, because the temperature of the constant temperature blast drying oven is relatively high, so the power is relatively large, and there will be an alarm situation.
